The scope includes delivery checks. Authentication helps receiving servers verify the domain, but it does not guarantee inbox placement. If messages already land in spam, tell us what changed and which senders are affected so the investigation has a clear starting point.

Before you request a quote.
Do I need a website to use business email?
You need a domain and an email service. A public website is a separate service. Tell us whether you already control the domain so the quote can account for the setup you need.
Can I keep my current email address?
If you control the domain, it may be possible to keep the same address when changing providers. We need to check the current setup and agree the migration scope before confirming the changeover.
Does SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup stop all spam problems?
No. Authentication is part of email delivery. Sender reputation, message content, recipient filtering and other senders using the domain can also affect delivery. IDJoy checks the configured mailboxes without promising that every message will reach an inbox.
How long does setup take?
The catalogue estimates two working days for the five-mailbox item, subject to domain access and timely communication. Existing mailbox migration and provider changes can affect the schedule and need a separate assessment.
